We can arrange to pick up your larger donations on Vashon Island! We can also arrange times outside of our normal operating hours to accept your donations at our site!

The more donations we receive, the more items we can sell in our store, which means more money generated through store sales, which means more money that we donate to our non-profit partners.

Donations do not have to be perfect, we are a used item thrift store, but they need to be clean, usable and in working order.

Yes, we take furniture and electronics! Both small and larger items. Smaller items can be donated during our normal hours and larger items should be discussed with Granny’s prior to donation. Please email Granny’s at store@vashongrannysattic.org with pictures and descriptions of large donations or larger item donations (furniture) and we can arrange a time to have them donated.

We will try to accommodate as many of your donations as possible, please be aware of other donors waiting in line and respectful of the limited space within Granny’s Attic for donation acceptance and storage. Because Granny’s is limited by what we can sell and how much space we have available there are items we no longer accept (unless pre-arranged with us via email, we always try to take as much as we can). Please see the list below.

There are times where we stop accepting donations if our warehouse is full. We always try to arrange a time to accept your donations as soon as possible after we clear up space.
